Legatos Marketing LLC Privacy Policy
Effective immediately. Last revised: February 11, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Legatos Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit or interact with our website located at legatosmarketing.com and any related pages, forms, or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1) Who We Are and What We Do
We operate a marketing and lead-generation platform that helps connect consumers with independent third-party attorneys and law firms (collectively, "Legal Professionals"). We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and using our Services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and us. Any attorney-client relationship is formed only between you and a Legal Professional if and when you choose to retain them.
2) Information We Collect
We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from third parties.
A. Information you provide
Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing address
- Case or request information: details you submit about your situation (for example, incident details, date/location, narrative description)
- Communications: messages you send us (email, chat, SMS), notes from calls, or other correspondence
- Other information you choose to provide through forms or communications
Please do not submit sensitive information unless we explicitly request it. This includes (for example) Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account details, or detailed medical records.
B. Information collected automatically
When you visit our Services, we may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type/version, device identifiers, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, and timestamps
- Approximate location: generally derived from your IP address
- Log data: diagnostic, performance, and security data
C. Information from third parties
We may receive information from:
- Advertising and analytics providers (e.g., measurement of ad performance, site analytics)
- Service providers that help us operate (e.g., CRM, form tools, email/SMS providers)
- Legal Professionals (for example, confirmation that a lead was received or status updates, depending on your engagement)
3) How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Services, including routing your request to Legal Professionals you may wish to contact
- Respond to you and provide customer support
- Improve and personalize the Services (e.g., optimize pages, troubleshoot issues, measure performance)
- Communicate with you, including service updates and administrative messages

- Maintain security, prevent fraud, protect rights, and enforce our terms/policies
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
4) How We Share Information
We may disclose information as follows:
A. With Legal Professionals (core purpose)
If you submit a request through our Services, we may share the information you provide (such as your contact information and request details) with Legal Professionals so they can contact you about legal services.
Important: Legal Professionals are independent third parties. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices and professional obligations. We are not responsible for how they handle information once received.
B. With service providers
We share information with vendors that help us run the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRM, communications providers, security tools). These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to perform services for us.
C. For advertising and analytics
We may share information (often device identifiers and usage data) with analytics and advertising partners to:
- measure marketing performance,

Some of these partners may collect information via cookies/pixels and similar technologies. See Section 5 (Cookies and Tracking) for details and choices.

- enforce agreements and policies.
E. Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5) Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services.
